SLTB Clamp (Swaged Looped T-Bolt)

The FIXO SLTB (Swaged Looped T-Bolt) Clamp takes the high-clamping force of a T-bolt design and adds swaged (press-formed) looped band ends, eliminating sharp edges entirely. This results in a perfectly smooth inner clamping surface that will not damage even the most delicate silicone, EPDM, or rubber hoses under maximum torque. The looped ends also allow the band to float slightly, self-aligning around the hose for truly even 360° pressure distribution. This is the preferred specification for high-temperature, high-pressure turbocharger and intercooler installations where hose integrity is critical. Available in SS304 and SS316. Custom bore diameters manufactured to order.
